I feel great after the relaxing weekend, even if the 10 hours spent in the lovely comfy bed was half spent being involved in cat arguments! I feel so good now I'm actually worried the doctor won't believe I'm sick when I see him tomorrow <img src='http://i2.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/laugh.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='laugh.gif' />

Glad you enjoyed, hopefully next visit will involve friendlier cats (resulting in an absence of arguing) and therefore more sleep. It was lovely to have you (as ever) and I am so glad that everything went well with New Dog, he behaved so impeccably and restored my faith in dogs. I suspect the cats will take a few more visits to get entirely happy with him, but there's been an awful lot of interested sniffing around the dining room by all the kitties <img src='http://i2.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/cool.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='cool.gif' />

Thanks for coming, looking forward to the next visit, although with the Olympics coming up I have no idea when it might be. Are you both free either of the first 2 weekends in August to come and have a Birthday BBQ with us? Thinking of running it over 2 weekends so people can make it.

Ok, looks like I'm going to have to do both weekends <img src='http://i2.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /> It's years since I've pulled a birthday double whammy.

So if you are both free on the 11th/12th weekend, we can party like it's 2012. We'll BBQ if the weather's ok and hopefully we'll have wood for a fire and the chance to sit outside to look at the stars on a hot summers night!

Wednesday, May 1st ~ Beltane (Party on the 4th? - May Day BH Weekend)

Friday, June 21st ~ Litha/Midsummer/Summer Solstice (Party on the 22nd?)

Thursday, August 1st ~ Lughnasadh (Party on the 3rd August to include my birthday celebs?)

Sunday, September 22nd ~ Mabon/Autumn Equinox (Party on the 21st?)

Thursday, October 31st ~ Samhain (Party at our Wedding <img src='http://i2.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif' /> )

Saturday, December 21st ~ Yule/Winter Solstice (Party on the Day?)

So, those are the proposed dates for your calendar, you're welcome to Chez Red for each event (apart from the Wedding of course) but we're happy to move locations if anyone isn't up for travelling.

First event then is the Spring Equinox and joint celebration for the event of the end of my Chemo on the 23rd March. Anyone up for it?
