Matt; the ED just doesn't seem to give the origin. I remember the scene quite well; there were about three girls sat around a computer screen playing detective. One of them says the line, but I really can't remember who or what. I don't think it's series I've watched, and it may have been a manga. I think it was a still image that I saw, so it's hard to tell.
