For those of you who don't yet know, today Mr Red has his third interview (yes THIRD) for a job that sounds to be right up his street, the location is desirable, the salary is good, the progression sounds amazing and he's the only candidate left in the running.



You may think this all sounds like it's "in the bag" but the third interview is the toughest, he's got to back up his CV and talk about ACCA qualifications that he's studying for, convince them that he's the best man for the job as well as build on his presence from the first 2 inteviews.



I have total confidence, they would be stupid to miss out on the chance of having Mr Red working for them, he's perfect for the position and an asset to any business, especially one that's looking to grow.
