Hi - this isn't silly, but I know some people who've had "a bit of bover" with back charges recently and thought I'd cross-post this:

Basically - if you've been charged for going over-drawn then you can claim it back, because of the new banking laws recently introduced. I knew they had capped credit-card charges but I didn't realise they'd stfud the banks too
