This is a site (in chinese) that converts youtube videos to mp4 or 3gp

its easy enough to navigate even if like me you dont get a word of whats being put in front of you

conversion takes a few minutes though but I guess thats to be expected

and might i suggest this as your first video VNSFW

Nice site. I normally just download the video as .flv straight from Youtube. VLC can play it unconverted, and my phone and mp4 player software works fine with swf files too.
