I keep seeing really silly google-ads... totally NOT right for the site they're on, so I thought I'd start a thread...

Seen any that made you laugh?

I like Bauhaus - the band, not the German art movement...

I went to this site:

for some lyrics ( click the link! )

and got this:

this thread might be a bit of a non-starter - i've adblocked google ads, so never see any!

(the phrase 'Please support this free site by visiting our sponsors' is a waste of words on me!

)

however, for a limited time only, I might be persuaded to remove the block (for comedy purposes)

lol... I had them blocked too, but accidently un-blocked them when I loaded an "alternative" host file. This site does look better without them though!

The link didn't work last time I tried it - but its up now. Lol - wtf?! Only vehicle I knew needed a turntable was on Thomas the Tank Engine!!

I've had a few ads that like their in Finnish... found that a bit weird. I know we have a Finnish member, so maybe it was just because of his avatar or something?! Spooky
