I used to have a couple of accounts just for spam, and I'd get over 100 a day in them. I used them to sign up for anything and everything <img src='http://i2.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/laugh.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='laugh.gif' />

I got bored with that though; now it's not too bad:

I use Outlook but leave a copy on the server. That way I always have a backup, and Google filter the spam for free. It works really well.

Yeah, that's what I used to do, but I haven't got round yet to setting up outlook since my last reinstall. Which was 6 months ago! <img src='http://i2.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/laugh.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='laugh.gif' />

my spam gets deleted after a while, i sware i had like a few thousand there :\ oh well atleast I dont need to read it all!

I've got Hotmail and Yahoo too, but I only get about 1 email a week on them. Hotmail is just for MSN contacts and the Yahoo one was just for dating websites <img src='http://i2.ifrm.com/4013/140/emo/blush.jpg' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='blush.jpg' />

My soon to be ex-wife doesn't use gmail. In fact I almost didn't. The interface is quite different to the others that are available and it was quite a pain to learn. I'm glad I persisted though as it is so much better once you know what you are doing.

I certainly don't suffer from spam in the same way that you guys do though. I suppose you must sign up to many more dodgy sites than I do. <img src='http://i2.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/tongue.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tongue.gif' />

I use gmail for everything - I've got an address with my ISP, but I have no idea what it is or how to access it. <img src='http://i2.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/unsure.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='unsure.gif' />

I suppose I should find out really, because that's the email they use for sending me service announcements etc!

As for spam, I never used to get any at all on my main account, but it's started flooding in in the last year or so. Doesn't bother me though, gmail spam filters are excellent, so I never see any of it! I used to check it every now and then to see if any real mail went in there, but it never does.
