No, it is 30. Though most retail places will let you have an hour or so and some 15 minutes breaks if you are under 18. Iono why, child labour laws or someting.

When I worked at Tesco you got 30 mins lunch if you worked over 7 hours and 15 mins break for every 4 hours. As I worked 11-7 I had 30 mins for lunch and one break of 15 mins.



Subsidised meals were good though. 40p for 3 courses. Actually BAT was great as all meals were free.
