Ve have vays of making you talk

I try and always see the good in people and am so bad at reading people that sometimes it can be very confusing. Anyway we are currently recruiting for my position and we saw three candidates yesterday. One guy is coming back for a 2nd interview later in the week along with a couple more 1st interviews, but these were the main highlights of the two throwbacks.
Candidate #2
Q. Could you explain to me what troubleshooting steps you would take if a desktop refused to POST?
A. What is POST?
And this guy wants more money to replace me???
Candidate #3
Q. So why are you looking to change roles at this time?
A. I'm really not getting on with my manager, he's an baka. I'm also not getting on with any of my other colleagues.
Q. What type of people do you get on with the least, what frustrates you in the workplace?
A. I hate it when people with less knowledge than me tell me what to do.
Q. How do you handle that sort of situation when it occurs.
A. I would explain it to them again and again until I get the point across.
Now when it comes to stereotypes two of them had ponytails.
