I'm trying to think of something sensible to say. Best I've come up with so far is:

"Oooh - you'd clean the house really fast with one of them hoovers!"

What ARE they doing!? I can understand doing doughnuts in the carpark or street racing (stupid, dangerous... but probably a lot of fun!) but they're just sitting in a garage?!

it's a dyno test.

these are were the car is put onto a rolling road so it's total max power can be found. it also used to find any flat spots in the power band. normaly done nfor track cars or boy racers with no life.

their all doing a bit of poinless willy waving i suspect (didn't watche the whole vid) so they can go "well i got 500Bhp" or "well i've got 510bhp so there"

bit pointless but handy for tuning the car for a track day.
