hello people,

I forgot to post your disks... I'll do it tomorrow I promiss! That'll give you another 90 hours of Anim? to watch
Did you sort your DVD ..??
Don't forget to drink... if you get dehydrated, your head will hurt. It may be a pain to get up & get some water, but its worth it - honest!
And an asprin... or Ibuprofen ... or I used to use Paracetamol with Codein (cocodamol) - they're all cheap. Not to many, and you don't believe they work... but I've been sick enough times now to know that even an asprin does actually make it a little bit better.
Mostly... drink the water! Or tea or whatever... not too much orange juice 'cause it makes you ... well, we had a thread on that
Hope you're with us again soon - rest, be lazy, piss when you need to & have a glass of water... you should be fine by Friday, hopefully sooner!

cheers JJW, no i haven't got a DVDdrive yet, got to check the budge tommorow er...if i can/if i feel better-ish. it's only up the road, hopefuly i won't die. then again it might get worse!
