I've been on the computer pretty much constantly since about lunchtime, and was on yesterday between about 3PM and 4AM <!--emo&:blink:--><img src='http://i2.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/blink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='blink.gif' /><!--endemo-->





So my eyes aren't exactly too fresh either,

Oh, and I found this in the front of one of my game manuals:

* Do not stand too close to the screen. Sit a good distance away blah blah blah



* Preferably play the game on a small screen.



*Avoid playing if you are tired or have not had much sleep.



*Make sure the room you are playing in is well lit.



*Rest for at least 10 to 15 minutes per hour while playing a video game.
