I know the feeling... can't help though.

If I go to bed early I usually wake up stupidly early and then just wait for the alarm - I'd get more sleep going to bed at 2am than 10pm...

Went to bed about mindnight last night and I slept until about 7:30 when I think the heating woke me up or maybe I just woke up. It was 7:30 on the clock and the boiler was on is all I know really; so that was a good night for me!

So why do I feel so tired now? Probably because the night before I only slept about 2 or 3 hours... Grr... stupid getting up and going to work!

OK and as an example...

I went upstairs to get a clean tea towel about 6:20pm today... and fell asleep. I keep them in a draw under the bed ok.

well Koneko came upstairs to see where I was, not sure when - maybe 8pm. She's now asleep and I've woken up. I've had 4 hours sleep and its not even 9pm... I suspect I'll be awake all night now, although I'm going to try and sleep again or else I'll be dead by 11am tomorrow...

Aahh sleep patterns; bless their fragile little twistednessess....
