OK here is a typical MSN conversation with me...

I leave MSN on 24/7 but I always forget to change the status...

sometimes it says "Sleeping" for lik, a year....

anyway... dunno.. whatever... MSN... Grr!

heh, I used to do that, and used to come back from wherever to find windows exactly like that!

Now I generally only fire up MSN (well, GAIM; I use linux 'cos I'm l33t

) when I could actually be bothered to talk to anyone. And then shut it off when I'm done talking.

Works much better that way, and I don't have to worry about hearing the 'new message' sound just when I'm climbing into bed, or on the bog or something. (Actually, I have a 'gone for a crap' away message for that purpose!

)

when i left msn on when i went to play a game online and when im finished all these flasghing orange task msn windows everywhere

Just noticed MSN shows me as available when my Windows loggin is running in the background and another profile is active :/

ah msn 1.0 at startup, that is so annoying
