Yes, it's my own fault!
I just sat and ate an entire pizza (14" deep pan meat feast) all by myself. I can now appreciate that that may have been a little excessive.....

I think I need to lie down now!

Aah, just woke up now. I feel beter! 
Last night was not nice though - I felt like I had one of those Alien stomach-burster thingys in my gut! <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://i6.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Serves me right really - eyes too big for my belly!
The annoying thing is, I also bought some chicken wings with the pizza - I didn't have any room left to eat them. I should really have put them in the fridge so I could have had them today. But I didn't, I left them sitting on the floor.
Ah, what the hell, the microwave will kill all the bugs. Maybe.
