Well I can't use IE7 because it just doesn't seem to work with W2K, so I installed MSN toolbar to get the Tabbed Browsing into IE6.

I've managed to change the MSN toolbar to use Google as the search, which is cool <img src='http://i6.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/ninja.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='ninja.gif' />

The tabs work fine, although you can't middle-click like with FireFox

Its 10x faster than FireFox which just can't render for shite on this PC...

BUT!!!

THIS FORUM doesn't work properly - I get the same problem as with the MacUser site in Opera; namely it refuses to mark anything as read....

GRRR!

Anyone else use IE6 have this problem?

With FF if I read all the messages in one forum they are marked as read, but when I return to the forum index, the forum I was in doesn't appear read until I re-enter and exit.

Ah yes - I get that with every browser. Maybe they fix it one day.

I've sorted my IE problem, it was my Cookie security...
