EDIT: I've also found out why my carbs are losing so much oil. Turns out the needle guides are worn, so the oil leaks out straight into the carb! <!--emo&:rolleyes:--><img src='http://i2.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/rolleyes.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='rolleyes.gif' /><!--endemo-->

phew. speaking of carbs. just realised the only thing that makes a waxstat a waxstat is a tiny weeny bit of copper bitmetalice thingy.



so i just had to change my rebuild order from a non wax to wx so i can change the thermostat in it.



edit



also red man, the knife edge butterfly valve is a little hard to do as you have to cut the valve in half then knife edge it. and the pic in the bottom left is about lift away butterfly valve insted of them being on a spindle.
