Oh - and we're looking at dresses already! What do you guys think of this:

We'd absolutely love to go to Japan for the wedding, or at least the honeymoon... but we can barely afford to do it in this country, and Japan is seriously expensive!

I want to do the whole wedding in cosplay, but apparently that's not allowed <img src='http://i2.ifrm.com/4013/140/emo/emo068ch6.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='emo068ch6.gif' />

well.....you could travel somewere cheap near japan then get a flight over.

Staying outside of central tokyo for some stuff and eating nice cheap local cart food couldn't be too bad.

As for the dress....hmm

I like the culture and stuff, but I dont want to have to buy 3 wedding dresses. I ain't made of money and neither is Jason. We will have our quiet little wedding, and it WILL be great....*stress*

We have a VERY VERY VERY VERY small budget for the wedding in comparison to the average ?15k spent on weddings.

Also it isnt cheap to get to japan, flights alone are bordering on extortion, and most hotels anywhere near the BORDER of tokyo are very expensive.

Its just not worth it.....:S

And that dress is my dream dress.

OK so we've bought a dress a lot like the one we originally looked at, all be it for quite a bit more <img src='http://i2.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/dry.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='dry.gif' />

What do you think of this then, aye?!

The one we just bought:
