I can't get my silly character to actually walk across the screen - am I missing something? I did get them doing back-flips and upside down break dances though, which is quite silly.

JJ, RTFM!!
You need to:
Click on number two.
Click on his body while holding down the shift key, and move him to the next postion you want him in.
Then click on Number three, move him. etc etc.
