My regular Friday and Saturday nights sometimes don't end until about 5am, and it's starting to take it's toll. When would you lot consider a reasonable time to call it a night at the weekend?



I don't mean when you've got something special on - I mean a regular Saturday night that happens twice a week. I have some difficulty sleeping at the best of times, but after a few drinks the TV and Internet all become more interesting and the temptation to stay up even after everyone else has gone home is too much sometimes.



Even during the week when there is a working morning looming <!--emo&<_<--><img src='http://i2.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/dry.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='dry.gif' /><!--endemo-->



Well. I'm off to have a bath, put the bins out and get ready for bed... so I'll probably be here for hours...

I like to go to bed around 3am but dad goes mental, dunno why... he always trys to get me to go to bed at like 12 - 1am

Provided I don't have anything important to do the next day, about 4ish is a good time for me. There's nothing better than crashing out just as the birds are starting to sing, safe in the knowledge I don't have anything worthwhile to get up for the next day!



If I have to be up early the next ay, anywhere between 12-2AM is my norm. Although I will admit I've started to become a bit of a girly lightweight these days - I was in bed by 10:30 last night! <!--emo&:o--><img src='http://i2.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/ohmy.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='ohmy.gif' /><!--endemo-->

I've found recently that I'll go to bed at 23:00 and wake up by 05:00. I can doze for a couple of hours but it is just too hard to stay up sometimes. In a way that is a good thing, as I won't start drinking until after 18:00 and if I stayed up until 02:00 it would probably be in hospital.

Edit - Well the plumbing fix seems to have worked and I've done loads of house crap already. Just some washing, ironing and vacuuming to do and then the rest of the weekend is mine. I may have to install CS:S and try out the CPC server, something I've not been able to do because of my previous location and that I haven't played any FPS games in like 18 months.

Oh well, at least it gives me time to find out why the back wheelon my astra sounds like it's about to fall off!

This is why I don't normally bother getting up before 10-11AM at weekends - nothing interesting happens before that time anyway.



It's raining here too - and I've got a lot of outsidey type stuff to do today as well.
