Tools - Internet Options - Security
you can either just choose "Medium" Security which is the easiest,
or press "Custom Level" and set the Microsoft VM to "High Safety" - I think that should work, its what mine is set to... although I'm not really sure 'cause I use the Sun Java not MS and it just kinda worked so...
