I don't know about JJ,but speaking personally, I tend to be choosy about who I go out with (and I don't mean just looks), so good dates are hard to come by round here!

Personally though, I'm enjoying the single life right now <img src='http://i6.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/cool.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='cool.gif' />

lol... you're married ne? Most people who tell how they found their partners it was either at college or some very unlikely story, neither likely to happen to me!

I can't stand clubs and town-pubs where they play crap music so loud you can't talk, and the kind of girl I like would only be found there if her friends had dragged her kicking and screaming!

I'm more likely to find my kind of girl reading in a Library, or meditating at a Shinto shrine, or both at the same time - made possible by her elevated karma!

Urgg... I just finished writing an "OK lets just be friends" email... I haven't sent it yet, need to think about it a lot more... but I seriously don't think making her jealous would even be possible! She suggested I see other women! She's looking for a nice Hindu man!

To give you some idea of the conversations we have... here's a quote from my email I didn't send yet:

She's a Hindu. I'm a vaguely Pagan dunno maybe reading the Gitas will clear some stuff up kinda thing... it seemed to work for The Beatles, except it really didn't...

lol... the problem comes with my definition of "Fun" !!!

One thing which might shock people... I don't believe in S?x before Marriage and I do believe in Fairy tales!

I do believe in fun... or I did when I was with "her" ...

Fun was cuddling up close and watching Amine, talking about what our children might say while we ride the big-wheel, and finding the perfect ingredients to cook for dinner, or looking in jewellery stores for wedding rings...

Think of me as Shrek... that was a documentry, right? I even made candles out of my ear-wax

), the sort of people you hook up with in clubs are OK for a bit of fun, but that's about it. That gets old fast.

Like I say, I'm happy enough being single right now, so I'll wait until the right girl comes along.

JJ, I know what it's like to be dumped, so I sympathise with you! Hope it all works out alright.

The fact is, I'm not 18 anymore, and the urge to jump onto anything with a pulse (or anything that looked like it had one.....or used to have...

These days, it's more about quality than quantity for me, and I'm happy to wait for that.

1. Doom due to return about 9am - just in time for work from home (not driving tomorrow!)

2. I don't want that either... don't worry; I'm old enough to know better - I had nothing to drink on Sunday or Monday and just cried and slept. I think I can alternate the drink and the sleep on some kind of rota to maintain my old pre-woman state of normality!

Tried that - didn't work. I also rebooted the computer, it still doesn't work!
