I just got home today (after an unusually nice day at work, I might add...) and found a letter waiting for me. It's an eviction notice!



Yep, the owner of the farm I live on has sold up, and the new owner wants 'vacant possession'. So I'm out on my ear. <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://i6.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /><!--endemo-->



I've got until the end of July to find a new place and move in. As well as updating my phone and internet, as well as all the usual address changes .

I wouldn't mind, but this is the first place I've lived in in ages that I actually happen to like!

That sucks, especially since you've probably commited yourself to a 12 month minimum contract on the phone / internet...

Actually, I've got the internet covered - it's on a monthly contract (I anticipated this!), the phone I'll have to look into.



It's just such a pain in the backside - I hate moving house. Even more so when I'm quite happy with where I'm already living. <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://i6.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /><!--endemo-->



The problem is, where I'm living now is a good property for the money, and it's going to be tough to find somewhere as good for the same price.
